More Information Recipe Creator Spring 2021

For background, we get produce boxes from Second Harvest each week full of awesome - but sometimes unidentified - vegetables. A few weeks ago we got rutabaga and some other root/radish-like vegetable which we're sure are quite tasty but also a little intimidating to work with! We are hoping to help our clients out with some recipes/preparation tips to best utilize the produce we are sending home with them. How it would work: -Our staff will send out an image of our produce boxes for the week every Monday by email to you. -You would send back potential recipes by midnight on Monday (that same day). It can be just a typed-up recipe, or you can get creative and include photos food blog recipe style - or if you are feeling really creative, you can make a how-to video! The recipes should be fairly simple and accessible using minimal ingredients and cooking equipment. Suggest possible substitutes as you are able. -Our staff would then pass the recipe(s) along to the clients (method TBD - possibly on our website, through social media, as printouts in the client boxes, etc.)
