Essentials Pantry Volunteer

Essentials Pantry Volunteer

Social Justice Center

The Willy Street Pantry is almost entirely run by volunteers. We provide food (perishable and nonperishable) as well as "essentials" such as hygiene items, toiletries, cleaning supplies, home goods and diapers. Volunteers will document, clean and organize our supply inventory and distribute requested items during open pantry hours. Volunteers also respond to specific pantry requests and preparing requests to be picked up. Volunteers can also help grow the inventory by obtaining in-kind or monetary donations from the community or companies, updating our social media and helping groups plan supply drives.

Our mission is to provide space for organizations to succeed in their pursuit of social justice, where the community can come together in support of the common good.
